Job summary

MVSB is seeking a full-time Bank Teller at our Moultonborough, NH branch to provide friendly, accurate service while processing transactions and supporting customer needs. You may be asked to float to other local branches as needed to support business demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling and/or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and basic math skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented approach with confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to customers in person, by phone, and by email.
• Process teller transactions accurately while balancing and maintaining confidentiality.
• Identify customer needs and promote bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, security practices, and applicable regulations.
• Stay alert to potential fraud and keep teller area organized and secure.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as requested.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and basic math skills
• Professional, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
• Intermediate use of desktop applications and standard office equipment
• Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays, and float to other local branches as needed to support business demands

Physical Requirements

This role is performed in a branch environment and requires regular standing and movement, visual and manual dexterity to operate office equipment, occasional handling of up to 40 pounds, and some bending and lifting. Independent travel to other branches or locations may be required.
