Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with banking transactions and inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of debits and credits while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Utilize financial software to process transactions efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to upsell banking products and services to strengthen customer relationships.
