As a Senior Sales & Service Representative at First Citizens Bank, you will support sales and service delivery in the branch. You will build and expand banking relationships through proactive customer outreach and customer service requests. Your responsibilities include fulfilling deposit accounts, payment solutions, and digital access products, as well as identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner. You will adapt to the needs of the branch, providing customer service in both transaction processing and sales roles.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of experience in sales or customer service; or 6 months in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree. Preferred Experience: Telephone sales. Skills include applying structured sales processes, financial literacy, and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
