  • Overview: Are you a people person? Be a First Citizens person. Join our branch team and make a difference. The Sales and Service Representative is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. Facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources. Supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.

Responsibilities

The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to:

  1. Engaging customers to understand their banking needs and preferences.
  2. Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  3. Providing assistance with account servicing needs.
  4. Facilitating customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities.
  5. Introducing customers to other team members or bank partners for solutions.

The pay range is generally $18.55 to $30.16 per hour, based on experience. First Citizens offers a comprehensive benefits program, details of which can be reviewed here.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Preferred experience in sales, bilingual in Spanish/English, financial literacy, and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
