Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a professional services organization near Robinson/Moon area searching for a Bank Reconciliation Specialist to support the accounting team on a temporary basis.


Candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Working to reconcile bank accounts in ERP system on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  2. Supporting other accounting functions as needed
  3. Assisting with close process on the team
  4. Other duties as assigned

Candidate should have the following background:

  1. 1+ years of bank reconciliation experience as a GL accountant, bookkeeper, or intern
  2. Previous experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Microsoft Business Central, or similar package)
  3. Ability to work on Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
  6. Good verbal and written communication skills
  7. Ability to work interdepartmentally and make changes on the fly
