PwC is seeking a Bank Platform Transformation - Test Execution Leader in Chicago. You will steer test execution across a major platform transformation within advisory services, coaching junior staff and balancing timelines with quality and stakeholder needs.

You will oversee test plans, reviews, and defect management while applying QA methodologies and ensuring environment readiness and data setup for execution cycles. A strong promotion of accountability and delivery is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading test execution in banking/platform transformations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead test execution workstreams for core banking transformation initiatives.
• Manage test planning, scope, timelines, and deliverables across client engagements.
• Develop and review test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for functional and acceptance testing.
• Coordinate defect tracking, triage, and retesting across environments.
• Validate test results and document risks and resolutions.
• Apply software testing life cycle practices.
• Oversee test environment readiness and data setup for execution cycles.
• Coach team members on testing approach and documentation standards.
