Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Specialized banking operations education and training with focus on Deposit Products required.
• CNB Intermediate FSR training preferred.
• Three to five years of related experience is normally required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workflow, scheduling, and administration for the assigned team.
• Work under supervision to ensure all team functions meet service standards.
• Coach team members to look for opportunities to exceed marketplace expectations.
• Participate in department and corporate projects and prioritize future work.
