Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Experience in investment operations, trust operations, structured credit, or financial services operations.
• Experience supporting bank loans, syndicated loans, leveraged loans, CLOs, or structured credit portfolios.
• Hands-on experience with one or more relevant platforms such as Wall Street Office (WSO), Allvue/Everest, ClearPar, LoanIQ, Solvas, or equivalent.
• Experience with trade settlement or trade support.
• Strong reconciliation, data validation, reporting, and analytical skills.

Bank Loan Investment Operations Analyst I

Location: Downers Grove, IL

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | Hybrid – 4 days onsite (Monday–Thursday)

Contract: Approximately 6 months initially, with an 11-month contract term

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Experience in investment operations, trust operations, structured credit, or financial services operations.
• Experience supporting bank loans, syndicated loans, leveraged loans, CLOs, or structured credit portfolios.
