Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated domestics team member for New Craigs. This bank position covers shifts Monday–Sunday 08:00–18:30 as needed, with training provided and PPE supplied.

You will help keep wards, clinics, and public areas clean in line with Infection Prevention & Control guidelines. Applicants should be flexible and committed; NHS Scotland offers a workplace pension and generous holiday entitlement.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join the team of domestics within New Craigs.

This is a Bank position, cover can be needed Monday-Sunday between the hours of 0800-1830 as and when needed.

Duties include cleaning within wards, clinics and treatment rooms, offices and public areas to ensure compliance with Infection Prevention & Control.

Uniform and PPE supplied, access to workplace pension scheme, along with excellent holiday entitlement.

Previous experience desirable although full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

You will need to be flexible, committed and have a positive attitude to your work.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
