Job summary

Five Star Bank is seeking a part-time Courier to interface with customers daily. You will travel in a Bank-provided vehicle, deliver documents and deposits to branches, and coordinate pickups with customers and staff.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. You’ll operate in a team setting with coverage shared among couriers and must comply with AML regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to bank customers.
• Pick up and carry documents and deposits to designated branches.
• Pick up documents and deposits from designated customers and deliver to designated branches.
• Be accessible by phone for additional tasks during the day.
• Maintain the monthly courier schedule.
• Maintain the customer pick up roster.
• Maintain any scheduled maintenance on the vehicle.
• Comply with all Anti-Money Laundering Laws and Regulations.
