Job Title: Branch Manager
The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service bank branch, including operations, client service, product sales, and security and safety, in accordance with the Bank's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies, relationship-building, and community engagement strategies aligned with the branch’s goals. Strategies include outbound/appointment calls, in-person meetings, business networking, and participation in branch and community events.
- Research the branch market area to create and implement effective sales techniques to generate new accounts and deposits.
- Lead and manage branch staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales ability with documented branch growth.
- Minimum of 7 years in a branch environment, including 5 years in branch management.
- At least 3 years managing complex business and consumer accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Leadership experience in teamwork and customer service.
- Active involvement in local community organizations (e.g., Rotary, Chamber of Commerce).
- Notary Public preferred.
