48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Bandsaw Operator to set up and operate power saws for slotting, cutting, and trimming wood used in pallet production. You will play a critical role in the pallet manufacturing process and ensure efficient, safe operations.

This hourly production role offers a daytime shift, competitive pay, overtime as needed, and a team-focused environment where accuracy and reliability are valued. Location is White, GA, 30184, with full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Able to lift wooden pallets up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction preferred.

Overview

As a Bandsaw Operator, you’ll get to setup our builders for success by setting up and operating power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallet creation! You’ll be the a vital piece of our pallet manufacturing process, and we’re looking for a motivated individual to fill this role!

Hourly Pay:

$14.00/hr. - $25.00/hr. (production-based position)

Shift(s):

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

White, GA, 30184

What You'll Do

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Communicate to plant management effectively on a regular basis
• Ability to work overtime as needed

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, experience highly preferred
• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
