Job summary

International Paper in Indianapolis, IN is hiring for a Bander Operator / Production Associate working the 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM, Mon–Fri). The role pays $26.27 per hour with sign-on bonuses and retention bonuses as part of the compensation package.

• Operate Bander, place top sheet on units
• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• Cleaning-up functions: blowing down the machine, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up/shredding scrap.

The Job You Will Perform
