Job summary

Paycom in High Point, NC is seeking a Bander Operator to drive efficiency, quality, safety, and production. You will operate the bander, read job jackets, perform basic maintenance, and ensure loads are properly banded to customer specifications.

You will support GMP/ISO procedures, log maintenance, and work 12-hour shifts from 4:45am to 5:00pm, collaborating with teammates to meet production goals while maintaining a neat, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bander and related instruments to produce conformant loads.

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety hazards.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVEBander Operator is responsible for the overall efficiency, quality, safety, and production of equipment to ensure customer requirements are satisfied and met. Produces conformed products at maximum speed with minimal waste. Bander Operators work closely with the crew and other members of the manufacturing facility to plan, coordinate, and manage processes/production to ensure continuous, safe, and high-quality machine output.
