Job summary

Vmc Group in Houston seeks a Saw Operator and Machine Operator to join our team. You will follow verbal and written instructions and may operate an overhead crane as needed.

The role emphasizes safe handling of materials and consistent attention to quality standards. Ideal candidates are willing to be cross-trained on different machines, able to stand for long periods, and capable of performing semi-heavy manual tasks in a typical machine shop.

Qualifications

• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Overhead crane operation experience preferred.
• Able to work in a machine shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate saw and other machines per instructions.
• Cross-train on different machines.
• Maintain focus on quality and productivity in a busy shop environment.

• Willing and able to work additional hours as needed to ensure responsibilities are met.
