Prince Service & Mfg is seeking a reliable Band Saw Operator to cut materials accurately on a band saw table according to blueprints and measurements. You will ensure safe operation and maintain a clean, organized Fab department environment in Macon, GA.

The role emphasizes reading schematics, tape measures, and following ISO safety procedures while supporting other manufacturing tasks as needed. Join a team that values quality, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and measurements.
• Must read and follow English instructions.
• Must follow ISO safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
• Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures.
• Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
• Operation of Band Saw.
• Cut material to correct lengths.
• Keeps track of materials in Fab department and alerts supervision when running low.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Documents actions with correct forms.
• Willing to perform other manufacturing tasks as directed and when needed. Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions. Other duties as assigned by Management.
