Fidelis Logistics is seeking a Band-Saw Operator in West Palm Beach, FL. Operate a Smart Saw, adjust blades, and follow safety procedures to repair pallets while maintaining quality in a fast-paced setting.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Overtime and occasional Saturdays are available, with comprehensive benefits including health coverage and a 401(k). Prior construction or bandsaw experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction or bandsaw operation preferred.
• Ability to operate, adjust, and maintain power tools.
• Basic math skills for measurements and tracking.
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Smart Saw to repair pallets.
• Adjust machines, change blades, and follow safety procedures.
• Lift and maneuver pallets (75–85 lbs.) throughout the shift.
• Keep up with fast-paced production while maintaining quality.
• Track production records and organize recovered materials.
• Maintain a clean work area and restock lumber.
• Be ready for overtime and occasional Saturdays.
