Job summary

Fidelis Logistics in Roanoke, VA is hiring a Pallet Builder to repair, assemble, and restore pallets using power tools. You’ll work on a fast-paced, safety-conscious team that values accuracy and efficiency.

This hands-on role requires basic math, reliability, and the ability to lift and move pallets all shift. Experience in construction or carpentry is a plus, and familiarity with nail guns, hammers, and saws helps you hit goals.

Responsibilities

• Repair pallets using power tools (nail guns, saws, hammers).
• Inspect and restore pallets to top condition.
• Work fast, hit goals, and keep safety first.
• Stay on the move - lifting, bending, and stacking all shift long.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Be ready for overtime when needed.
