This role is key to keeping our ripening rooms and warehouse equipment running at peak performance. If you’re hands-on, technically skilled, and take pride in solving mechanical challenges before they become problems, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ripening room systems: refrigeration units, HVAC, ventilation, humidifiers, and ethylene control systems

Monitor and adjust control panels to ensure stable temperature and humidity across storage areas

Perform electrical repairs, light construction, and general handyman work to support facility upkeep

Conduct preventive maintenance and routine safety inspections

Keep clear, up-to-date maintenance logs and support internal and external audits

Work closely with the ripening and warehouse teams to minimize downtime and ensure product quality

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in equipment or facility maintenance—preferably in warehouse, cold storage, or industrial settings

Hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical work, and general construction or carpentry

Strong mechanical sense and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently

Familiarity with fresh produce equipment is a plus (but not required)

Ability to thrive in a physically active, fast-paced work environment

Basic computer skills for logging maintenance activity and reviewing system dashboards

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
