Citi en Torref3n busca un Representante de Ventas de Tarjetas de Cre9dito de nivel inicial. Sere1 responsable de brindar servicio al cliente y alcanzar metas de venta dentro de tu distrito asignado, en coordinacif3n con el equipo de ventas de consumo, usando amplios conocimientos de productos para recomendar soluciones adecuadas.

La posicif3n requiere habilidades de comunicacif3n claras, manejo de regulaciones financieras y capacidad para construir relaciones con clientes.

Qualificações

• 2–4 af1os de experiencia relevante en ventas financieras.
• Experiencia previa en ventas financieras es deseable.
• Competencias informe1ticas y tecnolf3gicas adecuadas.
• Se exige comunicacif3n escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
• Conocimiento pre1ctico de regulaciones financieras aplicables.
• Capacidad de resolver problemas y negociar efectivamente.
• Habilidades de influencia y gestif3n de relaciones con clientes.

Responsabilidades

• Establecer y mantener cuentas de alto valor mediante asesoreda profesional y promocif3n de carteras y otros productos financieros.
• Realizar procesos para personalizar ofertas y cross-sell de un conjunto de productos y servicios a clientes existentes.
• Analizar intereses de clientes nuevos y existentes y necesidades de nuevos productos.
• Recibir y procesar solicitudes de servicio para lograr transferencias con bajo porcentaje de rechazos en certificaciones.
• Desarrollar y mantener conocimiento de productos y servicios y cumplir regulaciones mediante formacif3n interna.
• Alcanzar o superar las metas de venta establecidas por la direccif3n.
• Cumplir con las leyes y regulaciones de telesales en un entorno de ventas complejo.
• Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo en las decisiones de negocio, salvaguardando Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, cumpliendo leyes y escalando temas de control con transparencia.

Job Overview

The Field Sales Representative is an entry-level position responsible for providing customer service assistance and meeting sales targets for financial products and services within their assigned district or location, in coordination with the broader Consumer Sales Team. The overall objective is to utilize a wide range of product knowledge to build relationships with clients in order to recognize which financial products and services meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high value accounts by providing expert and professional advice and promoting high level portfolios and other financial products
• Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively customize offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to existing customers
• Analyze new and existing client interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services
• Receive and process service requests for clients to achieve their transfer and have a low percentage of rejections in customer certifications
• Develop and maintain product and service knowledge as well as remain current on applicable regulations by attending internal training programs
• Achieve or exceed decided sales targets set by management
• Adhere to strict laws and regulations governing Telesales practices in a complex sales environment
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in financial sales preferred
• Proficient computer and technology skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Working knowledge of relevant financial regulations
• Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated Influencing and relationship management skills

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
