This role focuses on building relationships, conducting case management, and collaborating with local businesses to secure employment opportunities. The Youth and Employment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating job placement services for youth and adults with disabilities, including job readiness training, career discovery, job placement and retention services for persons seeking employment.
As a Youth and Employment Coordinator, you will support our mission through four key activities:
Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree within human services or related industry is required. Consideration given to internal candidates who have demonstrated competence and relevant experience, including assisting youth and adults with obtaining post-secondary certifications and/or degrees.
