Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Ballwin, Missouri seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support children with autism using ABA. In this role you will start each day engaged with learners, carrying out individualized treatment plans, and guiding skill development in communication and daily living tasks.

No prior experience required; Caravel provides paid training to become an RBT, plus benefits for full-time staff such as 401(k) with match, PTO, disability coverage, and health insurance

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with children with special needs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct 1:1 client sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Implement ABA targets and track progress.
• Document client progress and communicate with supervising ABA therapist.
• Maintain a positive, engaging learning environment during sessions.

We utilize a results-oriented approach based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) to assess how clients interact with their environment and respond to social cues, and you’ll play a crucial part in helping build skills and document progress. You’ll start your day playing and encouraging little learners, all while incorporating targets from each client’s individualized treatment plan and promoting the development of essential skills. Requirements

• Availability to work full-time between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Centers are open periodically on Saturdays for make-up client sessions.)
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem-solving.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
