Fred Astaire Dance Studios is hiring a Dance Instructor to lead private and group classes, guiding students toward personal dance goals and participating in events with the team. You’ll work in a high-energy, customer-focused environment that values fitness, coaching, and community.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with excellent customer service skills, ready to commit to ongoing training and to collaborate with other instructors to provide a premier dance education experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Guide students to achieve personal dance goals and participate in events.
• Attend weekday evenings and weekend events with students when scheduled.
