Fred Astaire Dance Studios is growing and currently hiring for Dance Instructor. We are looking for energetic, people-loving instructors who can conduct private and group classes throughout the week and help students reach their dance goals. No prior teaching required; we welcome all levels and a community-focused vibe.

You will join a team that values fun, activity, and personal enrichment, with weekday evenings and some weekends for events, performances, and student growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; open to all levels.
• Must enjoy interacting with people and staying very active.
• Ability to engage students and motivate progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals and build a lasting dance journey.
• Attend weekday evenings and weekend events with students as needed.
• Work with a team to create a positive, energetic learning environment.
