Job summary

Union Depot in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a facilities operations leader to oversee day-to-day operations and administration at multiple buildings. You will guide Project Managers and Supervisors to meet contract requirements and drive cost controls and service-level standards across sites.

The role requires strong oversight of inspections, quality control, and inventory management of equipment and supplies to ensure operational excellence. Benefits package information is provided by ABM.

• Leads Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure conformance to contract requirements.
• Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned buildings.
• Oversees inspections, quality control measures, and inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned buildings.

Job description

Pay:$75,000 - $90,000 per year
