Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to manage daily food and beverage operations at RailRiders games and events, ensuring fast service, high standards, and a great fan experience. This on-site role supervises staff, handles cash and inventory, and ensures safety and sanitation compliance.

The position is seasonal, part-time, and requires strong leadership, customer service, and POS/cash handling experience.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience in food service, concessions, hospitality, or retail operations preferred.
Prior lead, supervisory, or key-holder experience strongly preferred.
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Supervise concessions staff during games and events to ensure smooth operations.
Train and motivate team members on customer service, food preparation, and safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Monitor product quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
Manage inventory and tracking of food, beverage, and supplies.
Oversee cash handling procedures, POS operations, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
Address guest questions or concerns to enhance fan experience.
Coordinate setup and breakdown of concession areas before/after events.
Enforce policies, stadium rules, and safety protocols.
Communicate with management regarding staff needs, sales performance, and operations.
Assist with scheduling staffing based on attendance and event demands.
Support overall ballpark operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
