Job summary

Turning Point Action is seeking a highly motivated field staffer to join the Chase The Vote initiative in Chandler, AZ. You will work closely with the ballot chase manager, building strong inter-community relationships and encouraging ballot submissions.

You will create a community network system to identify low-propensity voters across a designated territory, track data daily, and help reach ambitious goals with energy, ethics, and self-direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots campaigns
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets) and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
• Willingness to perform field duties and meet goals
• Residence within three miles of the posting zip code
