Turning Point Action is seeking a highly motivated leader to join the Chase The Vote initiative. Daily duties include communicating with the ballot chase manager, building community relationships, and encouraging ballot submissions.

Qualifications

• Field staff, grassroots campaign or relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets).
• Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
• Unmatched passion for conservative politics.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with the ballot chase manager.
• Build inter-community relationships.
• Encourage others to send in ballots.
• Build a community network system where chasers monitor low propensity voting habits in the territory.
• Work with the Ballot Chase Manager to ensure goals are reached and data is tracked daily.
