Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of cutting experience in garment manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong collaboration and communication across all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 12 direct reports to meet production targets.
• Direct daily work with the Cutting manager and armor supervisors.
• Evaluate performance and guide professional development.
• Serve as SME on Soft and Hard Armor specs for products.
• Verify orders have complete cutwork before release to armor teams.
• Track timely delivery of manufacturing orders to internal teams.
• Maintain professional demeanor and represent the company.
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Demonstrate servant leadership and empower the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist colleagues and perform other duties as assigned.
