Job summary

Tutu School in Scotts Valley is seeking a part-time Saturday morning teacher to inspire young dancers in a charming boutique studio. You will lead classes, engage with families, and help maintain a welcoming environment that nurtures creativity and confidence in children from 6 months to 8 years old.

We value strong ballet background, clear communication, and a passion for a carefully crafted curriculum. On-site role with opportunities for advancement in a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following the Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales via POS.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.

Right now we are looking for a teacher for Saturday morning classes from 8:45am to 11:15am at our Scotts Valley location. Please only apply if this works for your schedule. This is not a summer job! We also offer additional classes for subbing at our Scotts Valley and Morgan Hill location if interested.
