Job summary

Tutu School Bellevue is seeking passionate ballet instructors to inspire young dancers. You will lead 45-minute classes, follow our established curriculum, take attendance, and engage with families to foster a love of dance.

We value strong dance background, clear communication, and commitment to nurturing creativity in children aged 6 months to 8 years through a magical, age-appropriate program.

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's carefully crafted Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
