7 Brew is seeking a Baller to serve as a traveling trainer within the New Stand Operations department. This role focuses on launching new stands, building and coaching new Brewista and Shift Lead teams, and carrying out the company mission through hands-on leadership and culture setting.

You will travel in three-week rotations to stand up new locations, guide staff, and uphold 7 Brew values across environments. This position emphasizes customer service, operational excellence, and team energy.

Job Summary

Ballers are traveling trainers who bring the heat when it comes to operations, culture, and team energy. They're more than trainers - they're culture-carriers, standard-setters, and the calm in the chaos. Whether on the clock or off, Ballers represent 7 Brew's values loud and proud. As a Baller, you'll join a tight-knit crew that travels in three-week rotations to launch new stands and build brand-new teams from the ground up. You'll lead by example, guide and coach new Brewistas and Shift Leads, and create an environment where everyone feels like they belong.

Work Schedule Requirements

• Weekly on-shift hours: 50+hours per week
• Works a flexible schedule based on new stand launch needs.
• Travels frequently with three-week training assignments across multiple states if applicable.
• Works early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and stand for prolonged periods.
