Job summary

Acushnet Company in Lakeville, MA is hiring a Ball Mold Operator to support the golf product manufacturing line. You will load trays into automatic jig loaders, remove molded cores, and help meet daily production goals with attention to quality and safety.

The role requires reliable attendance, the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, and adherence to company policies. Training and safety testing are part of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Load trays of assemblies into automatic jig loaders.
• Remove molded cores from matrixes using provided equipment.
• Remove matrixes and grind as required to meet production needs.
• Achieve production targets set by the department Team Leader.
• Spray molds at least every four hours or as needed.
• Die out and grind matrixes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Load trays of assemblies into automatic jig loaders.
• Remove matrixes of moldedcased cores from presses.
• Remove molded cased cores from matrixes utilizing the equipment provided.
• Achieve production expectation/goals set by department Team Leader.
• Spray molds a minimum of every four hours, or sooner, if needed.
• Die out and grind matrixes.
