Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our global fine metal refining and recycling operation. This role is vital to our company culture and growth. We need a dynamic, flexible, and knowledgeable team member who is committed to our mission and able to handle the physical demands of the job, including wearing a Tyvek suit and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• Must pass a drug screening, criminal background check, and physical exam.
• Own transportation is required as the location is in a remote area of Fairless Hills.
• Comfortable working in hot, heavy industrial environments.
• Willing to wear Personal Protection Equipment, including a Tyvek suit with supplied air.
• Good communication skills to interact with supervisors and co-workers.

Shift and Compensation

1st Shift - starting at $20.00/hr (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Milling, sifting, and grinding materials, identifying and sorting metals, and balancing weights.
2. Quality control and machine operation, with experience in cement mixing/construction, milling, ceramics, or recycling industries being a plus.
