Baler Operator needed in Elwood! This will fill fast!

2nd Shift Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (HOURS MAY CHANGE; MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OT)

Essential Duties

• Operating the Baler: Safely and efficiently operate the baler machine to compress materials into bales.
• Maintaining the Machine: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, checking for issues, and making minor adjustments.
• Loading and Unloading: Load materials into the baler and unload finished bales, potentially using forklifts or other equipment.
• Following Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures related to operating machinery and handling materials.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Record Keeping: Accurately record weights and other relevant information about bales.

Other Duties

May include other tasks as assigned, such as breaking down cardboard or assisting with other warehouse tasks.
