ABOUT THE POSITION

The Baler Operator will run the baler machine to compress and bind recyclable product. The recycled bales created by this position help the environment, save ODM money, and bring in revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Load clothing/cardboard into baler equipment safely.

- Operate baler equipment only as instructed

- Consistently hit the desired weights on bales as directed by supervisor.

- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

- Record the weight of finished bales and report to supervisor

- Seek to exemplify Jesus Christ daily and be prepared to share the gospel or pray with others as opportunities arise.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- You have a visible relationship with Christ and regularly attend a Bible-believing church.

- Ability to go prolonged periods of standing and walking

- Must be able to repeatedly bend to ground level

- Must be able to lift 30 pounds

- High School Diploma

Job Type: Full Time

Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
