The Baler Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining an automatic baling machine used for processing scrap foam materials. The position plays a critical role in ensuring material is properly baled, recorded, and prepared for shipment, while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to all safety protocols within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Working Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing setting with machinery and frequent movement.
Physical Demands: Requires standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Frequent manual handling of materials and use of equipment.
PPE Requirements: Safety glasses and other protective gear as required by site safety standards.
