Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Good reading, writing and comprehension of manuals and reports.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, sort and bale all waste cardboard and plastic.
• Maintain balers and compactor clear of trash buildup.
• Maintain the dock area around the baler.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Basic maintenance and changing of MHE batteries.
• Daily operation and maintenance/cleaning of the sweeper.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect with colleagues and customers.
