This role will be responsible for ensuring all store standards related to food production and customer service are adhered to on shift. It will also assist in ensuring all menu builds, cash control, and safety procedures are followed while on shift. The shift leader will provide outstanding customer service while complying with all company standards, ensuring all assistance is provided quickly and proficiently to maintain company culture. This role offers potential for growth to the next level. Support the management team in driving the team to be guest-focused by embodying the behaviors: Be Fun. Be Clean. Be Right. Be Fast.

Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm
• Sample with a Smile
• Exude the Vibe
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers, responsibilities, and peers
• Educate guests on Brand Promise products and flavors
• Fill orders accurately
• Role model exceptional customer service
• Follow all brand standards and procedures

Hygiene & Sanitation

• Ensure team members maintain hygiene standards
• Follow health regulations

Inventory Control

• Maintain proper inventory
• Ensure correct food builds, minimize waste
• Keep storage areas organized

Store Cleanliness

• Keep dining, BOH, kitchen, FOH clean and safe
• Maintain bathroom cleanliness
• Model cleanliness standards

BOH and POS Responsibilities

• Manage cash and security
• Understand reporting and daily pulls
• Manage staffing and sales to meet goals
• Explain promotions and upselling

Drive Store Sales

• Sampling and promotions
• Encourage repeat business
• Upsell effectively

Team Development

• Maintain energetic shifts
• Encourage exceeding goals
• Communicate sales goals
• Role model proper behavior
• Maintain a friendly, fun environment

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods
• Move quickly
• Handle tools, equipment, and inventory
• Lift up to 20 pounds
• Use of fingers for POS and administrative work

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals
