King Arthur Baking Company is seeking a Baking School Instructor to teach our baking curriculum through engaging, hands-on classroom experiences. As a brand ambassador and baking expert, you will guide students and support their learning while also assisting customers with baking questions and product recommendations during scheduled retail shifts.

This role includes in-store demonstrations and on-site work in Alexandria, VA.

The Position:

The Baking School Instructor teaches King Arthur’s baking curriculum and creates engaging, high-quality classroom experiences. As a brand ambassador and baking expert, the instructor guides students through hands‑on learning while providing encouragement and support. This role also includes scheduled retail shifts, where the instructor assists customers with baking questions, product recommendations, and in‑store demonstrations.
