King Arthur Baking Company in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Baking School Instructor to teach our official curriculum and lead engaging, hands-on baking classes.

You will also participate in scheduled retail shifts, helping customers with questions, product suggestions, and in-store demonstrations.

This is a full-time, onsite role with weekend availability, starting in late September, offering comprehensive benefits and the chance to join a community of employee-owners.

The Position:

The Baking School Instructor teaches King Arthur’s baking curriculum and creates engaging, high-quality classroom experiences. As a brand ambassador and baking expert, the instructor guides students through hands‑on learning while providing encouragement and support. This role also includes scheduled retail shifts, where the instructor assists customers with baking questions, product recommendations, and in‑store demonstrations.
