Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to engage with customers and Team Members to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders.
• Understands venue menus, stays abreast of specials, menu changes, etc.
• Follows cash handling procedures related to the service venues.
• Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation.
• Completes product spoilage and transfer records as needed.
• Arrives to work station on time, ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper stocking, merchandising, and prep.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary environment and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and policy violations promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
