Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club Bakery is seeking a dependable associate to help prepare fresh bakery items, wrap and label products, and assist members with orders in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a team to maintain cleanliness, follow recipes, and ensure quality while delivering excellent customer service across the club. Full benefits and education programs are available for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicates with team members; flexible to cover other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert: Operates baking equipment and prepares bakery items following recipes; wraps, labels and stores merchandise per policies; ensures food safety and sanitation standards.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; adopts new tools and trains others to use them.
• Be an Owner: Maintains work area, ensures quality and date control, secures fragile items, eliminates waste and assists members with purchasing decisions.
