Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club in Marion, IL is seeking a Bakery/Packager associate to prepare fresh baked items daily, follow recipes, wrap and label merchandise, and keep the area clean and member-ready.

You will work in a fast-paced team, provide exceptional member service, handle multiple tasks, and use handheld tools to support production and inventory while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicates with the team; flexible to work in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery items by following recipes; wraps, labels, and stores merchandise; ensures food safety and inventory accuracy.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld devices to support production, ordering, and product quality for the member.
• Be an Owner: Maintains clean work area; ensures quality and date control; helps customers with purchasing decisions and proper packaging.
