Reports To: Bakery Manager/Lead Operator

Job Description

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Guest Services Representative creates a warm, welcoming environment for our guests, offers creative solutions for celebratory occasions, and sells our delicious cakes. You will be the first point of contact, engaging guests, creating memorable experiences, and leaving positive impressions. This role embodies NbC core values and a commitment to guest satisfaction, excellence, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet guests promptly with warmth and enthusiasm, following NbC Sweet Steps of Service.
  2. Maintain product knowledge to educate guests on cake options, pricing, promotions, and retail merchandise.
  3. Suggest additional items like balloons, candles, and cards for celebrations.
  4. Process orders efficiently using the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join the NbC Email Club.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery environment.
  6. Replenish retail merchandise and cake displays.
  7. Assemble cake and balloon orders according to specifications, following decorating standards.
  8. Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of orders and assist walk-in guests.
  9. Prepare decorations, packaging, and ensure supplies are stocked.
  10. Monitor inventory of supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
  11. Ensure cakes meet quality standards and report any issues.
  12. Follow health, safety, and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
  13. Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

Work Schedule

Flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends (especially Saturday), and holidays. Both part-time and full-time positions available.
