Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner and addresses them by name when possible.
• Assists customers by guiding to products, securing items, loading heavy products, and relaying suggestions or requests.
• Reviews status and appearance of food for freshness and reviews orders for the day.
• Takes customer orders at the bakery counter and works with coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains sanitation and clean work areas, prepares and replenishes products, and follows production lists.
