Job summary

The GIANT Company in Chalfont, PA is hiring for a store position focused on bakery production and daily operations. You will join a team serving neighbors across PA and beyond, upholding safety, quality, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include prep at shift start, baking and wrapping goods, labeling and stocking display cases, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, and tracking loss. A 60-day probation and basic eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must read, write, and communicate to complete duties and follow safety regulations.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check equipment and PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place trays in racks, push racks to oven, and bake goods.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, label goods, clean display cases, and stock fresh goods.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
