Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and front-faced.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leads.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Supports sampling program and keeps areas clean.
• Participates in periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time and meets dress code.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, and merchandising.
• Follows health and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment; proper equipment maintenance.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
