Wegmans in Delaware is seeking a Bakery Associate to join our fast-moving, customer-focused bakery team. You will bake, produce, and package a variety of breads and pastries, while delivering friendly service to shoppers throughout the store.

You’ll help keep displays fresh and inviting by stocking cases and rotating merchandise, and assist with unloading deliveries when needed. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a busy retail bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Bakery experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
