Job summary

Sam’s West, Inc. is seeking a Bakery/Packager team member to prepare fresh baked items daily, follow recipes, wrap, label and store merchandise for members.

You’ll juggle tasks in a fast-paced club, keeping a positive attitude while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean, member-ready area. You’ll collaborate with the bakery team, operate baking equipment, and leverage handheld devices to drive sales and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and maintain member satisfaction
• Stand for long periods and assist members quickly and accurately

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with associates to build a strong bakery team and supports flexibility in duties
• Prepares bakery merchandise by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing items
• Operates and sanitizes equipment while ensuring food safety and inventory handling
• Utilizes handheld devices to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
• Maintains a clean, neat, member-ready area and assists members with purchases
• Demonstrates commitment to operational excellence and high-quality service
